The soap-free formula is also enriched with Thermal Spring Water to leave the skin clean and clear without drying.

How to use
Use Effaclar Micellar Water for Ultra Oily Skin morning and/or evening to cleanse skin or remove makeup. Soak a cotton pad with the purifying micellar water and swipe gently over the face and neck until the cotton pad contains no residue.

Gently pat skin dry, using a clean towel or a fresh cotton pad - no rinsing required.
